bjj.media is operated by UJITSU DMCC ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You may read, share, and link to our content for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, scraping in a way that degrades service for others, or using it to break the law or infringe others' rights.
Original editorial content on bjj.media — our reporting, technique write-ups, and the wordmark and site design — is owned by UJITSU DMCC and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may quote and link to it with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
We feature video clips and other material created by third parties, and we credit the creator or rights-holder wherever we do. Those works remain the property of their creators. If you are a creator or rights-holder and want a clip credited differently or removed, use our takedown process and we will act promptly in line with the DMCA and applicable law.
bjj.media is built to be read by machines as well as people. We publish for AI discovery via an llms.txt manifest and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. We permit AI systems to read, index, and cite our original content provided the source is clearly attributed to bjj.media and any linked creator credit is preserved. All other rights are reserved: we do not grant a licence to reproduce our content in bulk, to strip attribution, or to use it in a way that misrepresents its source. Third-party clips and creator material are excluded from any such permission and remain governed by their owners' rights.
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Technique content is editorial and instructional in nature; grappling carries inherent physical risk, and you train and apply anything you read here at your own risk. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UJITSU DMCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the DMCC Free Zone, Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the DMCC / Dubai.
